Joe is the company founder and has over 25 years of experience in the Health, Safety, Risk Management, Leadership Coaching, Workers Compensation and Human Resources. Joe has spent 15 years in the Federal Government with the U.S. Department of Labor - Occupational Safety and Health Administration holding positions that include, Director of Safety Training, Instructor and Compliance Safety and Health Officer in New York and Illinois. Additionally, Joe has provided solutions for small, medium and Fortune 500 companies and has championed culture shifts with both management and labor.
Joe's passion for helping employers is unparalleled. He is a lexicon of technical expertise and his implementation strategies include innovative out of the box solutions. Joe always suggests multiple hazard abatement options to help reduce employer costs while moving towards compliance and beyond.
Joe's relationships both inside and outside of the United States Department of Labor - OSHA, industry trade groups, unions and regulators help the firm stay at the forefront of regulatory trends and best practices.
